Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping so families everywhere can enjoy our products.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure you get your items as soon as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, changes can’t be guaranteed—but you’re welcome to return your order for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, and an additional day for shipping. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive depending on your location. We appreciate your patience!
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of being shipped, you're eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
Prices on our site are displayed in CAD and tax-free. However, international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once they reach your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. We’re not responsible for customs delays or charges.
How do I return an item?

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to fix it. Contact us at shopeverlynx@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s) received. We'll work quickly to resolve the situation.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid with a card, the refund will be sent to your card issuer within 7–10 business days of the return being processed. If it hasn’t appeared in your account yet, please contact your bank or card company directly.
